Tip: Make sure TRUSTe has the most up-to-date contact information for your company.

Key to a successful relationship between TRUSTe and our sealholders is the communication between the sealholder’s site coordinator and its designated TRUSTe account manager. Since that relationship is the first level of support you receive, it is important to keep our records up to date reflecting the current status of your operation.

Another critical resource is your Watchdog contact: the person in your organization who is responsible for working with the TRUSTe Compliance Department to ensure that all Watchdog complaints are handled quickly and effectively.

When these two roles change in your organization, please make sure that you notify your TRUSTe account manager or sales representative at privacyseals@truste.org. Send us the updated contact name, email address, and phone number. Let’s keep the lines of communication open!
