TRUSTe does everything we can to ensure that Trusted Downloads provide meaningful notice and choice, easy uninstalls and are spyware-free. We also appreciate your feedback and vigilance in helping to keep Trusted Download Program (TDP) Participants accountable to their users and customers.

The Watchdog Dispute Resolution Form is an important online tool that allows you to alert us if any Participant is violating the TDP requirements or engaging in other irresponsible on-line behavior.

Before completing the Watchdog Dispute Resolution Form, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm that the software application and version is TRUSTe-certified
2. Contact the TDP Participant (the software company) first

If the TDP Participant does not resolve your complaint quickly and satisfactorily, TRUSTe will review your complaint and mediate a solution. If you have an unresolved dispute with a TDP Participant click "Next" to fill out the Watchdog Dispute Resolution form.
